a) Information You Provide Directly

• Full name, phone number, and email address (account registration)
• Delivery address, pincode, and location coordinates

• Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI details)
• Messages or queries submitted via our contact form or support channels

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Device identifiers (device model, OS version, unique device ID)
• IP address and approximate location
• App usage data (screens visited, features used, session duration)
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics
• Push notification tokens (for order and delivery alerts)

c) Location Data

Our apps request access to device location (GPS) to provide accurate delivery address detection and serviceability checks. Location is used only during active app sessions and is not tracked in the background unless you explicitly grant background location permission. You may deny location access; however, some features may not function correctly.

• Delivery Partners / Riders: Your name, address, and phone number are shared with the assigned delivery rider to fulfil your order.

• Cloud Infrastructure: We use secure cloud services to host data and run our backend systems.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be shared with analytics providers to improve our services.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records retained for 7 years per Indian GST regulations).
